Another day of Premier League action means another day of VAR controversy.
This time it is Newcastle who can perhaps feel hard done to after they were not awarded a penalty despite James Tarkowski kicking Sean Longstaff in the head when clearing the ball.

The incident was checked by VAR but for reasons which are unclear, a penalty was not awarded.
Leeds captain Liam Cooper was sent off for a challenge on Manchester City’s Gabriel Jesus that was not too dissimilar to Tarkowski’s on Saturday.
So what gives? Baffling.
