The Addicks eventually lost out on penalties after what was a hard fought draw against the Sky Bet League Two side, meaning that their road to Wembley has come to an end for another year.

It will come as a slight disappointment to Johnnie Jackson who has shown a willingness to take the computation seriously since taking over the role as manager.

Naturally it didn’t take the Charlton Athletic faithful long to react to the result after the final whistle, with many taking to social media to air their views on the performance of their side as a whole.
