Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took a potshot at former boss Jose Mourinho after our last gasp 3-2 win over Brighton and Hove Albion.
The Seagulls looked to have rescued a point for Bruno Fernandes to score from the spot. The win gets us off the mark in the league after losing to Crystal Palace in the opener.
Speaking after the game, Solskjaer joked that he is glad Mourinho was not in charge of measuring the goalposts. It was in reference to the Portuguese’s antics midweek, where he got goalposts changed after they failed to meet the regulations.
While the team’s performance had much to wish for, Solskjaer’s comment surely brought a smile to many a fan.
With United and Spurs set to face off next week, the Norwegian may just have thrown the first punch.
We take a look at how some fans reacted to it on Twitter.
