Shavy Babicka is set to leave Toulouse. The Gabonese winger has flown to Serbia, where he is poised to sign with Red Star Belgrade.

As reigning Serbian champions and current league leaders (with two wins from two matches), Red Star Belgrade have paid €4 million to convince TFC to let go of the 25-year-old, who was under contract until June 2027.

Arriving in January 2024 from Aris Limassol, the Gabon international (11 caps, 1 goal) quickly established himself as one of the club's top attacking assets alongside Zakaria Aboukhlal and Thijs Dallinga, both of whom have also departed.

The Libreville native is coming off a strong season, featuring in 33 matches (4 goals, 2 assists) across all competitions in the violet shirt. He will now have the chance to compete in the Champions League with his new team.
