Sevilla want to sign players from Barcelona & Real Madrid this summer | OneFootball

The powers that be at La Liga outfit Sevilla have set their sights on up-and-coming talents at both Barcelona, and Real Madrid.

That’s according to Relevo, who have on Thursday provided an insight into the latest developments behind the scenes in Andalusia.

Amid a campaign which has proven nothing short of a disaster for a club of such considerable stature, Sevilla, it is understood, have already begun looking towards next season, with one eye on reinforcements to the playing squad at The Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán.

And two players to have made their way onto the radar of the Nervionenses, it is understood, are Arda Güler, and Marc Guiu.

Midfielder Güler has of course endured a difficult debut campaign to date with Real Madrid, with Sevilla therefore keen to test the waters regarding a potential loan for 2024/25.

Early signals coming out of Spain’s capital, however, point towards as much as being highly unlikely, with the Real brass eager for their up-and-coming starlet to join a Champions League club, in the case of departing on a temporary basis.

The Guiu track, though, could yet prove itself to be a more fruitful one.

Barcelona, desperate to raise funds to put towards signings of their own for next season, ‘have not been so blunt’ in their response to Sevilla.

It is in turn suggested that a deal coming to fruition for the young frontman to take his talents to Andalusia is not at all out of the question.
