Sevilla star hails Barcelona attacker: ‘Never seen a player as decisive’ | OneFootball

Sevilla star Adrià Pedrosa has on Wednesday moved to reveal his appreciation for the talents of Barcelona youngster Lamine Yamal.

This comes ahead of the upcoming weekend meeting between the two sides.

Barcelona are set to play host to Sevilla on Sunday night, in the respective clubs’ post-international break return to action.

The aforementioned Lamine, meanwhile, is considered a doubt for the clash, owing to a fitness problem picked up whilst on international duty with Spain.

Speaking during an appearance in front of the media on Wednesday, though, the aforementioned Adrià Pedrosa was nevertheless asked for his thoughts on Lamine’s explosion onto the world stage.

And the full-back, in his response, both hailed the Blaugrana academy product, and urged his teammates to ‘be focused’ in their efforts to keep him quiet, in the case of Lamine featuring this weekend:

“At his age, I have never seen a player as decisive. Last year I played against him twice. You don’t have to obsess, he makes the difference and you have to be focused throughout the game, but without putting too much pressure on yourself. Simply be focused and look at your weak points, your strong points, where you’re going.”
