Hannibal Mejbri has joined Sevilla on loan from Manchester United for the rest of the season.
The 20-year-old midfielder reportedly rejected the opportunity to represent Tunisia at the Africa Cup of Nations in order to make himself available for a transfer this month, and he will head to the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium in search of more playing time.

Mejbri joined United from Monaco in 2019 and rose through the club’s youth ranks, making his senior debut in May 2021.
He spent the 2022/23 season on loan at Birmingham City before returning to Old Trafford in the summer.
This season he has made 11 appearances for Erik ten Hag’s side, scoring one goal.
