Manchester United will clash heads with Fulham at Craven Cottage on Sunday evening as they look to secure all three points on the road in the Premier League. The Red Devils suffered a tough 1-0 loss at the hands of Arsenal in the opening weekend of this campaign.

Ruben Amorim will opt for the 3-4-2-1 formation once again and could make a couple of changes to his first team for this game. Benjamin Sesko will lead the line for the Mancunian giants, while Mason Mount makes way for him and drops to the bench.

Defence

Andre Onana could get the nod to play in between the sticks for the Red Devils after missing out against Arsenal last weekend. Amorim will probably name a back three of Luke Shaw, Matthijs de Ligt and Leny Yoro as they look to keep the Fulham attackers at bay throughout the 90 minutes.

Harry Maguire will provide cover for the centre-back positions on the bench.

Midfield

Bruno Fernandes and Casemiro will operate as Man United‘s holding midfielders once again. Both of them would have to retain possession well at the centre of the park so that they can orchestrate some inviting chances in the final third.

Amad Diallo will try to impress on the right flank while Patrick Dorgu hopes to prove his worth as the left wing-back.

Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo will act Amorim’s attacking midfielders. The dynamic duo will be instructed to get in behind the Fulham backline at every chance they get.

Mason Mount, Manuel Ugarte and Kobbie Mainoo will be available for selection on the bench as they wait for their chance to influence the game in the second half if Amorim opts to call upon their services.

Attack

Benjamin Sesko will lead the charge for the Red Devils in the final third. The Slovenian talent will be eager to get his name on the scoresheet on his first Premier League start this weekend.

Joshua Zirkzee will have to be content with a place on the bench and might come on to make an impact in the final quarter of the game if Man United are in need of a goal by then.
