One Serie A side have entered talks to sign a second Chelsea player this month in a late transfer dash as we come towards the end of the window.
Clubs are running out of time now as we push towards the deadline day on Monday, a day that Chelsea also happen to have their next league game to play. So if they are going to do anything then you’d expect it to be done before then.
We’ve been hearing about Chelsea’s interest in signing Mathys Tel from Bayern Munich still, something that could soon spark up. However, the player is not keen at the moment on joining Chelsea, so it sounds like they will have some big convincing to do.
Chelsea have also asked Brighton about TWO of their players this month in an enquiry – but this one sounds like it is dead before it even starts.
As well as that, there is going to be outgoings as well, or at least that is the intention from Chelsea and other clubs who are keen on some of their players.

Midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka could well join Renato Veiga at Juventus this window. The latter has already completed his lona move to the Serie A side, and now they are also keen on Chukwuemeka.
It is understood that the Blues would prefer to sell the 21-year-old, but they could be open to allowing him to leave on loan until the end of the season.
The report adds that Premier League side West Ham expressed interest in Chelsea’s Chukwuemeka in January. However, the Hammers are not expected to step up their interest with a move in the final days of the mid-season window.
