Leaders Napoli start Romelu Lukaku, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Scott McTominay, but Atalanta pull a huge surprise with their front three, as Mateo Retegui is on the bench.
It kicks off at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona at 11.30 GMT.
The Partenopei are top of the table after winning eight of their last nine matches, drawing the other, and kept three consecutive clean sheets.
Stanislav Lobotka is still out of action, so Billy Gilmour again takes the midfield reins with fellow Scotland international McTominay.

Atalanta are on fantastic Serie A form too, winning four on the bounce where they scored 15 goals and conceded two.
Marco Brescianini – who had undergone a Napoli medical before joining La Dea this summer – Gianluca Scamacca and Giorgio Scalvini are the only remaining absentees.
Retegui is the current Capocannoniere on 10 goals, but he is surprisingly not in the starting XI.
Charles De Ketelaere and Mario Pasalic instead lead the way with Ballon d’Or nominee Ademola Lookman.
