The 2023-24 Serie A fixtures will start on the weekend of August 20, which means there is plenty of time left before the players return to action.
However, the good news for fans is that they can still enjoy watching their favourite players and teams during the pre-season.
AC Milan and Juventus will fly to the United States to play some exciting fixtures next month.
The 2022-23 season didn’t go well for both clubs as they endured underwhelming campaigns in Italy and Europe.
Milan failed in their title defence, finishing an incredible 20 points behind eventual champions Napoli.
The Rossoneri made it to the Champions League semi-finals, where they suffered a humiliating 3-0 aggregate defeat at the hands of Inter Milan.
Juventus finished seventh in one of their most chaotic campaigns in recent memory.
They would have secured a top-four finish if they hadn’t suffered a 10-point deduction for lying about players’ foregoing wages during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Old Lady will be playing in the Europa Conference League next term.
Stefano Pioli’s squad are scheduled to start their summer pre-season fixtures in the US.
Milan will go head-to-head with La Liga giants Real Madrid at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena on July 23.
Their next fixture will be against Juventus at the Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson.
The Rossoneri will conclude their US tour with a clash against Barcelona at the Allegiant Stadium in Paradise.
Meanwhile, the Catalans and Juventus will be in action on July 22 at the Levi’s Stadium before the two Serie A giants face each other in Carson.
Juve will play their final game in the US against Real Madrid at the Camping World Stadium in Orlando on August 2.
