Parma vs. Milan makes history as the first Serie A match to be shown on American broadcast television, with USMNT talents Christian Pulisic and Yunus Musah starring on CBS.

It kicks off at the Stadio Tardini at 17.30 UK time (16.30 GMT).

Not only is Parma-Milan airing on CBS Sports and Paramount+, but for the first time ever an Italian league football match will air live on regular broadcast television, showing on CBS.

The Rossoneri seemed to nod towards the importance of the event by picking two USMNT stars in their starting XI, specifically Pulisic and Musah.

Both Parma and Milan are owned by American investors, the Krause Group since 2020 for the Ducali and RedBird Capital since last year.

The popular US-broadcasters recently announced an extension to their Serie A media rights deal.

They are set to show all 380 Serie A matches in the 2024-25 season, as well as a minimum of 25 Coppa Italia matches, as well as all the games from the new and expanded Supercoppa Italiana.
