Maurizio Sarri will have to do without Nicolo Rovella when Lazio visit Cagliari in Serie A on Saturday, and coaches Alessio Dionisi and Ivan Juric both have big decisions to make when Sassuolo host Torino.

Rovella will sit this one out through suspension, but Lazio are also still without Mattia Zaccagni, Diego Gonzalez and Patric through injury.

Cagliari’s injury list, meanwhile, contains Eldur Shomurodov, Gaetano Oristanio and Marco Mancosu, but Claudio Ranieri’s side are clear in terms of suspensions.

Meanwhile at Sassuolo, Dionisi’s job will be under serious threat if the Neroverdi record a fourth successive loss in the league. He looks set to recall Matheus Henrique and Sami Castillejo to his side.

Ivan Juric also put his own Torino future into doubt earlier this week. He will have to make do without Alessandro Buongiorno again against Sassuolo. Perr Schuurs remains out long-term, and Ricardo Rodriquez and Karol Linetty are doubts heading into Saturday’s game.
