Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinković-Savić is now set to join Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal, who are now very close to completing their move for the middfielder.

Fabrizio Romano has now confirmed that the Serbian’s move is now set to go through, with documents now exchanged between the two clubs already. The midfielder will soon sign a three-year deal with the Saudi Arabian side, with Lazio set to earn €40 million from the player’s sale this summer.

The player will soon head to the Middle East and sign his deal with the club and undergo his medical with the side, who have already signed Kalidou Koulibaly and former Wolves midfielder Ruben Neves.

Juventus were interested in signing the 28-year-old but they could never come forward, despite Milinković-Savić being quite keen on joining the Bianconeri. But once Al-Hilal made their offer, the midfielder took the decision to join them and they also met Lazio’s demands for the fee.
