Selection doubts still remain between Stefan de Vrij and Francesco Acerbi in the Inter defence and Hakan Calhanoglu and Henrikh Mkhitaryan in the midfield, according to a report in the Italian broadcast media.

As has been reported by Sky Sport Italia, via FCInternews, there are two major decisions that Inter coach Simone Inzaghi must take before the team face AS Roma on Saturday evening.

He has already confirmed during his press conference that Kristjan Asllani will be starting in the midfield in place of Marcelo Brozovic but it is not yet clear who will be joining the Albanian and Nicolo Barella.

It could be Hakan Calhanoglu or he may choose to put Henrikh Mkhitaryan into that spot instead.
