Sekou Koita back with a ball at his feet

We have been longing for this moment for so long, and it has finally arrived - Sekou Koita is back with a ball at his feet this week for the first time since his cruciate ligament tear in June 2021, as he continues to train individually. The 22-year-old striker also took the opportunity to stop off and watch a short team talk in training. The Malian is delighted, of course, to be back on the training pitch:

I am really happy to be back on the pitch after a long injury break, but it will take a lot of time still until I can get fully involved.

His schedule for the foreseeable future includes three days of training per week in Taxham as well as three recovery sessions per week in Thalgau.
