Sebastian Kehl on Nikas Süle: “He’s really keen on Borussia Dortmund.”

Borussia Dortmund today announced the signing of 26-year-old defender Niklas Süle. The German will join the club as a free agent in the summer when his current Bayern Munich deal expires.

BVB’s head of pro department Sebastian Kehl said: “Niklas has shown during the course of personal talks that he is really keen on Borussia Dortmund. He possesses a lot of experience, composure in his build-up play and the necessary physicality to take the next step with us from this summer onwards.”

Süle has played 213 games in the Bundesliga during his time at Hoffenheim and Bayern Munich and adds further Champions League experience to Borussia Dortmund’s defensive line.
