CARSON, Calif. — The Leagues Cup 2025 continued with Seattle Sounders FC earning a 2-nil victory over the Los Angeles Galaxy on Wednesday at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California, USA.

Osaze De Rosario extended the lead for the Sounders in the 57’, when he flicked the ball over a defender in the area and then outmuscled two opponents to finish off the highlight-reel goal.

Sounders defender Nouhou Tolo received a red card in the 83’, following video review, for a dangerous tackle on Gabriel Pec.

As a result, Seattle Sounders FC will host Inter Miami CF in the Leagues Cup Final on Sunday. Seattle also booked its participation in the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup as one of the finalists.

LA Galaxy will host Orlando City SC in the Third-Place Match prior to Sunday’s Final, with the winner earning the tournament’s third berth for the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup.
