Former England goalkeeper David Seaman expects Leeds United to further add to Jesse Marsch's squad.

Speaking on his Seaman Saves Podcast, Seaman believes Leeds must enter to the market to take some of the pressure off Bamford's fitness.

He said: “For Leeds, I still feel they need to do a little bit more business, especially with Bamford now, he got injured again.

“We saw that he was a massive miss last season, so maybe they need to go in and do something about that. There is a lot of new players and hopefully they're slowly getting used to each other. But they're still being Leeds, it's entertaining football, they're scoring goals but they're letting them in still."

Seaman also provided analysis on the involvement of Illan Meslier for Southampton's first goal in their comeback. Meslier came flying out to narrow the angle of Joe Aribo, but couldn't quite prevent the midfielder from rounding him.

He said: “You watch Meslier's feet on that goal, he really tries to get that foot across. That's what you try and do, but sometimes you can't do it quick enough and when it's close like that, by the time it's at you, you can't react in time."
