FC Barcelona appear set to lose one of their extremely talented academy prospects, Unai Hernandez, to Saudi Arabia this month.

Indeed, the 20-year-old, who happens to be the Barça Atletic captain, is on his way to Al-Ittihad in Saudi, with a €5 million transfer set to be finalised in the coming days.

Not stopping at that, though, the Middle Eastern country has set its sights on two more La Masia talents.

Saudi Arabia eye Pau Prim and Arnau Pradas

Indeed, according to SPORT, Saudi Arabia are also looking to sign Barcelona youngsters Pau Prim and Arnau Pradas, whose contracts expire in 2025 like Unai Hernandez.

As per the report, Pau Prim is already in talks to join Saudi football when his contract expires at the end of the season.

One of the clubs showing interest in the 18-year-old midfielder is Al-Qadsiah, managed by Michel Gonzalez, which is keen on investing in young talent.

Prim has been left out of the matchday squad by Barça Atletic manager Albert Sanchez in recent weeks due to his reluctance to extend a contract that runs out on June 30.

Unless there is a change of heart, Prim is set to leave Barcelona in the coming months, and the offer from Saudi Arabia is a highly attractive one. Clubs from Belgium are also interested, and the youngster is expected to make a final decision soon.

Another player on Saudi Arabia’s radar is Arnau Pradas. His contract also expires in 2025, and Al-Qadsiah have expressed interest in the talented winger.

Pradas, 18, has scored three and assisted one goal in the UEFA Youth League this season and has played two matches with Barça Atletic this season.

Initially, his intention was to renew with the club, but the lack of talks from Barcelona has led him to consider other offers that have come his way.

Prim’s situation looks irredeemable at this point with the midfielder likely to leave once his contract expires. Whether Pradas also follows the same path remains to be seen.
