Saud Abdulhamid was officially unveiled today as Roma’s latest signing.

The 25-year-old joined the Giallorossi from Al Hilal, becoming the first Saudi player in the history of Serie A.

In his first interview with the club, Abdulhamid discussed his decision to move to Italy.

“I thank God for being here, I thank the club, the Friedkin family and the fans for the trust they have shown in me and for giving me this opportunity.”

“Roma is a great club, I received this offer and I couldn’t turn down such an important club, I thank God for letting me get here and being able to find this agreement with the club.”
