Sarri & His Staff Hard at Work Preparing Lazio’s Pre-Season Training Camp | OneFootball

Lazio coach Maurizio Sarri and his staff are hard at working planning out this summer’s pre-season training camp.

As reported by Italian radio broadcaster Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) earlier today, the 62-year-old Italian coach and his staff visited Auronzo di Cadore yesterday to inspect the facilities and have already thought about the structure of this summer’s work.

Sarri will divide the squad into two groups: the defenders on one side and the midfielders and forwards on the other. This is done so each department will immediately begin to absorb Sarri’s ideas and the movements required for them.

The squad will play plenty of football right from the get go and there will be no physically exhausting training sessions. The Italian coach will also use drones to record their work from above, allowing an extra layer of analysis.

Sarri is a methodical coach who doesn’t want to leave anything to chance and so is already preparing the retreat, which will take place from 11th to 28th July.
