

Santos superkid Marcos Leonardo 'is going to Liverpool': He's the new Romario!

Liverpool are set to swoop for Santos youngster Marcos Leonardo.
That's according to local reporter and renowned Brazilian TV presenter Milton Neves, who insists Leonardo is “joining Liverpool".
Neves was speaking on Esporte na Band, after Santos were held to a draw with Corinthians.
Neves says: “Corinthians yesterday escaped being defeated by the Santos kids. Marcos Leonardo, who's going to Liverpool, this guy is the new Romario!"
Leonardo, at the age of 19, has already impressed for the Santos first-team.
The young striker already has 12 goals in 31 appearances this term, and 25 in 94 outings in total.
