One of the most sought-after soccer players currently in Liga MX is Chilean international Diego Valdés, who starred this season at Santos Laguna.
América, Monterrey, and Cruz Azul are all in the market for the 27-year-old, who has been a hit in Torreón since his arrival in 2019.
Now, Santos have put a price tag on Valdés and according to information from W Deportes journalist Carlos Córdova, the Lagunera board has valued the Chilean attacker at $8m.
Valdés just had his contract extended until 2024 in July, meaning Santos can charge a heavy price for the number 10, who can also play on the wing.
In 19 games this season, Valdés contributed heavily with four goals and seven assists in all competitions.
