Samuel Umtiti has insisted that he wants to stay at Barcelona but admitted that the past season was a tough one for him personally.
The World Cup winner struggled for form and fitness in 2018/19, and fell down the Blaugrana pecking order with Clement Lenglet performing so well.

There had been rumours that Arsenal were interested in signing the central defender, but Umtiti has claimed that he will still be at Camp Nou once the summer is over.
“I have a contract with Barcelona,” he told RT.
“I have had a difficult season but that does not mean I want to go elsewhere. I will be at Barcelona next season.”
