Sampdoria Would Receive 15% Of Any Transfer Fee Inter Would Receive For Milan Skriniar, Italian Media Report | OneFootball

Inter would have to give 15% of any transfer fee they received in a sale of Milan Skriniar to the defender’s former club Sampdoria.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Blucerchiati are entitled to 15% of a big money sale of the 27-year-old should this come to pass.

Skriniar has been linked with a sale from Inter in recent days, with Paris Saint-Germain targeting the Slovak defender and potentially ready to make a big push for his signature.

The Nerazzurri will listen to offers for Skriniar given the need for a big money sale to meet their ambitious financial targets for the summer transfer window, although the sell-on fee owed to Sampdoria could complicate things.

Inter purchased Skriniar from Sampdoria during the summer of 2017, but the Ligurians inserted a clause in the deal that would entitle them to a 15% sell-on fee.

In other words, if the Nerazzurri were to sell Skriniar for a €60 million fee, the Blucerchiati would receive €9 million of that amount.
