Mohamed Salah is pretty darn good at football, isn't he?

The Liverpool star is arguably the best player on the planet right now and his performance in the 2-2 draw with Manchester City was outrageously good.

Salah assisted Sadio Mane's opener in spectacular style, before scoring a solo goal that a prime Lionel Messi would have been proud of.

The Egyptian King is just a joy to watch at the moment and in terms of Premier League players this season, he's head and shoulders above the rest.

Stats-based website WhoScored back up that claim, as Salah is comfortably their highest-rated footballer in the English top-flight so far in 2021/22.

Salah is the only Premier League player with a value of 8.00 or higher and one of just five men across Europe with a rating in that bracket.

Erling Haaland (8.51) and Karim Benzema (8.37) are the two players ahead of Salah on WhoScored, while Dimitri Payet (8.03) and Robert Lewandowksi (8.00) are just behind the Liverpool man.
