Egypt have had a nightmare first half against Ghana in their second game of AFCON 2024.
The Pharaohs are one of the favourites to take him the trophy having won the tournament a record seven times.
However, they find themselves currently bottom of Group B after a disastrous start to their second game against Ghana.
Their star man Mohamed Salah was forced off on the stroke of half time with a suspected hamstring issue.
To make matters worse, Ghana took the lead just minutes later thanks to a thunderous strike from West Ham’s Mohammed Kudus.
Things could be looking bleak for Egypt but positive for Ghana who suffered a shock defeat to Cape Verde in their opening fixture.
