Sabitzer and Tel celebrate wins with national teams | OneFootball

Marcel Sabitzer and Mathys Tel enjoyed success with their national teams at the weekend. The Austrian team featuring midfielder Sabitzer celebrated a 2-0 win in a friendly against Italy on Sunday. Xaver Schlager (6') and David Alaba (35') fired their side to success. Sabitzer played the whole 90 minutes.

Tel wins with France U19s against Iceland

The France U19s featuring Bayern striker Tel took the next step towards the elite round of qualifying for the 2023 European Championship on Saturday. After an emphatic 7-0 opening win in the first qualifying round against Kazakhstan, the Équipe Tricolore followed up with a 2-0 win against Iceland. Tel, who scored a hat-trick in the opening match, was in the starting XI again and was substituted in the 83rd minute. The French face Scotland on Tuesday, November 22, in their final match, where a draw will suffice for Tel and Co. to qualify for the elite round.
