Gaining invaluable experience at the top end of League One, Michael Cooper has once again emerged as a regular starter at Home Park, with the 22-year-old proving to be a reliable figure in-between the sticks.

With Dan Scarr and Brendan Galloway still out injured, the back three pretty much picks itself at the moment, with James Bolton, Macaulay Gillesphey and James Wilson the likely candidates for a starting spot in defence, however, Romoney Crichlow will be pushing for inclusion.

Joe Edwards is continuing to star at right wing-back, and whilst the arrival of Steven Sessegnon has driven a rise in competition, it is the Plymouth captain who remains deserving of a starting spot.

On the other flank, Conor Grant has been an integral member of the starting XI this season, with tomorrow’s clash likely to follow suit.

Jordan Houghton and Danny Mayor both chipped in with strong performances against league leaders Rotherham last time out and are likely to start.

Ryan Broom came off the bench for Panutche Camara against the Millers, contributing with an excellent performance, and for that reason, he could be restored to the starting XI.

Jordon Garrick came off early against the Millers, with Niall Ennis providing energy and relentlessness, and with the availability of Garrick unknown, it could be the 22-year-old who is brought back in to partner Ryan Hardie.
