According to Kicker, Switzerland international Ruben Vargas sees his immediate future at Bundesliga side Augsburg, where we would like to spend the 2021/22 season.
The 22-year-old has three-years remaining on his current deal but despite rumours linking Vargas with a move away from the club, the tricky-winger wants to take the next step in his development in a familiar environment, whilst a contract extension isn’t to be ruled out.
