Ross eyeing dream move to Southampton after Aberdeen release

Free agent Ethan Ross is hoping to fulfill his dream by moving to the Premier League.

The winger has left Aberdeen after failing to agree on a contract extension.

Per the Daily Record, the 19-year-old has been training with Southampton over the past two weeks.

The Saints will run the rule over Ross with a view to offering him a contract if he impresses.

If he does sign for Southampton, his old club Aberdeen would receive a roughly six-figure compensation.
