The latest installment of the franchise is released on September 30 (Friday) and we couldn’t be any more excited.

Ahead of its release, we’ve taken a look at the highest-rated player on the game for every age from 17-44.

Ratings have been provided by Futhead.

17 – Youssoufa Moukoko (69)

Moukoko has already played 46 games for Borussia Dortmund and hit the back of the net seven times.

18 – Gavi (79)

The Spnaiard, who turned 18 in August, has already established himself in Barcelona’s first team and has played 11 times for his country,

19 – Pedri (85)

Barcelona’s wonderkid won the Golden Boy award in 2021. He is rated marginally higher than Jude Bellingham (84),

20 – Joško Gvardiol (81)

Chelsea were heavily linked with the RB Leipzig defender this summer.

21 – Alphonso Davies (84)

Davies, just 21, has been one of the world’s best left-backs for a number of years.

22 – Erling Haaland (88)

Haaland has done some extraordinary things in his short career. He’s had a blistering start to life at Manchester City. Vinicius Jr (86) just misses out to the Norwegian.

23 – Kylian Mbappe (91)

Mbappe has already scored over 200 goals in his career. he could established himself as a bonafide football legend.

Nkunku had a breakout 2021/22 season, where he scored 35 times for RB Leipzig and was nominated for the Ballon d’Or.

25 – Ruben Dias (88)

Dias has emerged into one of the world’s best defenders during his short spell at Man City.

26 – Rodri (87)

Rodri has played a massive role in Man City’s success since arriving in 2019.

27 – Joshua Kimmich (89)

Kimmich has won 19 trophies with Bayern since signing for the Bavarian giants in 2015.

28 – Bernardo Silva, Joao Cancelo and Marquinhos (88)

Three 28-year-old’s share top spot. Andy Robertson and Fabinho (both 87) just miss out.

29 – Harry Kane and Ederson and Jan Oblak and Alisson Becker (89)

Tottenham and England’s talisman has scored a combined 321 goals for club and country. Ederson, Alisson and Oblak are among the best goalkeepers in world football.

30 – Mohamed Salah and Thibaut Courtois (90)

Some massive names miss out, including Son Heung-min, Casemiro, Sadio Mane and Neymar (all 89).

31 – Kevin De Bruyne (91)

De Bruyne, now 31, is getting better and better as every year goes by. He’s rated higher than Virgil van Dijk (90) and N’Golo Kante (89).

32 – Toni Kroos (88)

Kroos is still an integral cog in a highly talented Real Madrid side.

33 – Thomas Muller (87)

Muller is still going strong for a Bayern Munich side that wins the Bundesliga title every year.

34 – Robert Lewandowski and Karim Benzema (91)

Lewandowski and Benzema remain the two best strikers in the world despite being in their mid 30s.

35 – Lionel Messi (91)

35 years old and Messi is still the joint highest-rated player in the game. He could go top by himself next year after an incredible start to the season.

36 – Manuel Neuer (90)

Neuer is the highest-rated goalkeeper on the game, alongside Courtois.

37 – Cristiano Ronaldo (90)

Ronaldo is 38 in February but is still rated in the 90s. Incredible.

38 – Thiago Silva (86)

Silva remains one of the best defenders in world football despite nearing his 40th birthday.

39 – Pepe (81)

Pepe is still going strong at Porto and is in line to be included in Portugal’s World Cup squad.

40 – Zlatan Ibrahimovic (82)

Zlatan is currently out of acton with a long-term knee injury but is still more than capable of playing at a high level.

41 – Joaquin (79)

Joaquin is still a big part of Real Betis’s side and helped them win the Copa del Rey in 2022.

42 – Jose Sand (74)

Sand has scored three goals in 15 games for Argentine first division side Lanus in 2022.
