Ronaldinho is to play for Gent and Standard in an exhibition match between the two clubs at the end of the month.
Both Gent and Standard are sponsored by Circus, a betting company that Ronaldinho is an ambassador for, and they will contest the Circus Cup, an exhibition match, at the end of the month.

The Brazilian legend is to play for 40 minutes of it spread across the two halves, representing Gent in one of them and Standard in the other.
“In my career, I have never played in Belgium or against a Belgian club,” he said in an official statement.
“Twenty years ago I was there at the World Cup in Japan in the quarter-final against the Red Devils, so I’m looking forward to meeting the Belgian fans.
