Former AC Milan attacker Ronaldinho says his old club appears back on track.
The Rossoneri currently sit top of the Serie A table after 30 games with 66 points, three ahead of second place Napoli and six ahead of third place Inter, who have a game in hand.
Asked about winning the title, Ronie told La Gazzetta dello Sport: “I think so, maybe we'll wait until it's mathematically confirmed to say it. What is certain is that I am still a big Milan fan and I always follow the Italian league with attention. But I think it could be the right year for Milan.
“It's true, the Milan where I played had a lot of great players, but there are some in this one too. What prevails today, however, is the team concept, which is enhanced by a great tactical organisation. That's why, as we did then, they do a great job.
"For me Italian football is still beautiful. Maybe there are no longer the great stars of the past, but it is a very competitive league, with tactically very strong and prepared teams."
