Ronald Koeman tells Riqui Puig he can leave Barcelona

Ronald Koeman has told Barcelona midfielder Riqui Puig that he can leave the club, according to RAC1.

Puig featured in the latter stages of the 2019/20 season, showing promising signs under then boss Quique Setien, however new Dutch coach Koeman has other ideas. With central midfielders Miralem Pjanic, Frenkie de Jong, Sergio Busquets, and the possible arrival of Georginio Wijnaldum from Liverpool, Puig’s place in the squad for the coming season is not guaranteed.
