Romelu Lukaku set for crucial stage of transfer according to Sky Sports | OneFootball

The Romelu Lukaku to Inter Milan rumours were on fire last week, building from Monday until it was basically confirmed that a deal was agreed by Friday.

Since then we’ve had the weekend, and things went pretty quiet. But now the new week is here, and there’s a new wave of information about the deal now it’s so close to getting over the line.

Sky Sports today have run with claims that the striker could be in Milan on Wednesday to complete the deal.

That would presumably involve doing a medical, as well as signing the physical documents to make the deal happen.

It all rushed past so fast that it seems crazy to think that just a fortnight ago this deal looked impossible – and now it’s just a couple of days away from being signed off on.
