“Today wasn’t a happy evening for us, it’s disappointed,” he said. “But I learned that in football you’ve got to be stronger than the tough moments you’re in.”

“Our goal is to make our supporters proud. We know the quality that we have and the ideas we want to pursue. Seven losses in the league is a lot, none of us expected this.”

“I’m not looking for alibis, but we had a lot of absences today. However, I’m sure Mourinho will bring out the best in the players that we’ve got.”

“I’m 100% confident in Mourinho’s work as well as our strategy. I’m sure we’ll reach our objectives at the end of the season.”

He added, “It’s easy to say with seven losses that we’re missing everything. However, I’m not the type of person who thinks of changing everything when we loses: change players, coaches, or our ideas.”

“I understand what I’m saying sounds a bit stupid, but I’m confident we’re on the right path. Every single day I see the work this coach and the players put in.”

“But it’s clear that all of us here need to improve.”
