Romano confirms our exclusive: Milan in talks over Bodø/Glimt star Hauge | OneFootball

AC Milan continue working on the transfer market and the management wants to reinforce the squad at Stefano Pioli’s disposal. One of the players that could join the Rossoneri in the last days of the transfer market is Bodø/Glimt’s Jens Petter Hauge.

The 20-year-old attacker had a fantastic match in the Europa League preliminary against Milan yesterday at the San Siro and it seems that his performance caught the eye of Paolo Maldini.

This morning we already reported exclusively about Milan’s interest in the Norwegian youngster and that the Rossoneri are expected to make a serious move for the player in the coming days, having already contacted Hauge’s agent.

Now, confirmations have arrived from other sources as well, namely Sky Italia‘s Fabrizio Romano on Twitter. According to the prominent journalist, talks are ongoing between the clubs and Milan will soon submit their first official bid for Hauge. Romano also added in a follow-up tweet, that the player “can really join Milan in the next few days”.
