Roma to appeal ban on away supporters for Inter clash | OneFootball

Roma are already looking ahead to their match against Inter at San Siro.

The club is evaluating, together with its lawyers and the representatives of the fans, the possibility of appealing to the TAR against the decision of the Prefecture of Milan that banned the travel of the Giallorossi supporters for the match against Inter at the San Siro.

Although the match does not yet have an official date within the designated weekend, it has already been subjected to restrictive measures in terms of safety, including the exclusion of Roma fans from the away sector.

If the measure were to be confirmed, it would be the sixth away match of the season played by Roma without the support of their fans residing in the province of Rome. A situation that – according to Corriere dello Sport – has generated strong discontent among the supporters, who have already given a mandate to challenge the decision before the Regional Administrative Court.

The aim is to delegitimize the prefect’s provision, on the basis of the previous decisions of the Analysis Committee for the Safety of Sports Events.
