According to Gazzetta, ex-Roma coach Tiago Pinto tried to bring Angelino to Bournemouth, but the ex-Manchester City defender rejected the offer opting to remain at Roma.

Angelino joined the Giallorossi on loan in the January transfer window and it was Tiago Pinto to bring him to the capital.

The 27-year-old defender spent the first part of the season on loan at Galatasaray. He will remain at the Stadio Olimpico until June 2028.

The other Roma left-back, Leonardo Spinazzola, is expected to leave the club at the end of his contract next month.
