Roma ready to sacrifice Pellegrini for Saelemaekers

Roma are reportedly considering sending Lorenzo Pellegrini to Milan in order to complete a permanent transfer of Alexis Saelemaekers.

To secure Saelemaekers from Milan, Roma are willing to sacrifice their captain, writes today’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport.

The newspaper claims Pellegrini could be included as a counterpart in a deal for Saelemaekers.

Pellegrini’s contract will expire in 2026, while Saelemaekers’ with Milan in 2027.

However, finding an agreement with Milan will be complicated as several other clubs have expressed interest in Saelemaekers.
