Roma are reportedly interested in Napoli goal-keeper Alex Meret.
The capital club continue their search for a long-term replacement of Rui Patricio who is expected to leave Roma at the end of the season after three years with Jose Mourinho’s team.

As a result, the Giallorossi have been going around Serie A and making inquiries for several potential candidates for the job.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, Napoli shot-stopper Alex Meret is one of them.
The Italian goalie is reportedly pushing to renew his deal with the Partenopei. However, Napoli’s board have yet to meet his demands with negotiations becoming increasingly complicated.
Thus, the news portal claims that in case Meret were to fail to renew his contract with Napoli and, as a result, become a free agent at the end of the season, Roma could make him an offer.
