Roma inquire about loan for Albert Gudmundsson

Among the names being followed to further strengthen Gian Piero Gasperini’s attack is that of Albert Gudmundsson of Genoa.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Roma have shown growing interest in the Icelandic midfielder.

However, Roma would not be willing to sign Gudmundsson outright in the immediate future.

The idea of the Giallorossi would be to negotiate a loan with an obligation to buy, linked to sporting and extra conditions to be defined.

It would be the same type of formula that Fiorentina are also evaluating as they are interested in bringing him back.

The player is currently in Iceland and is reportedly awaiting developments in the negotiations between Genoa and the Viola.
