The agent of Atalanta wing-back Robin Gosens, Gianluca Mancini, feels that a switch to Inter would be the right career move for his clients.

Speaking to reporters outside Inter headquarters, as reported by FCInterNews, the agent emphasized that the Nerazzurri are a destination with significant drawing power for a player like Gosens, though the move is not yet done.

Inter have moved swiftly to get a deal over the line for Gosens, who they see as the right profile to succeed Ivan Perisic on the left in the long term.

Things look to have progressed well, and the Nerazzurri should be able to get the deal wrapped up for the 27-year-old well before the January transfer window ends.

The deal is widely reported to be an initial loan for the rest of the season and then a permanent buy in the summer.

The German’s agent feels that moving to the Nerazzurri will be a logical next step for his client, responding to the question of why Gosens is choosing Inter by stating “Because it’s Inter. We hope that it will be the right solution for him.”
