According to Olé, both players would be open to returning to Argentina after failing to settle in Europe.

Rigoni joined Zenit in 2017 but struggled to establish himself under Roberto Mancini, and is currently on loan at Atalanta.

Kranevitter – formerly of River – was another to join Zenit after two difficult spells in Spain for Atlético Madrid and Sevilla respectively.

The report claims that Rigoni would cost between €8-12m while Kranevitter would be available for €6m.
