Aston Villa were millimetres from taking the lead against Bournemouth, but have VAR to thank for the score remaining 0-0.
John McGinn thought that he had given his side the lead just before the half hour mark, but VAR adjudged Ollie Watkins to have failed to keep the ball in play during the immediate buildup to the goal, bursting the celebratory feel at Villa Park.
