It seems that some players have a habit of making changes to their social networks to publicise their future, even in the most silent of ways.
Richard Sánchez has modified his official Instagram, removing the text where he indicated that he belonged to Club América.
In addition, he has deleted all his photos on his profile, leaving his 375,000 followers completely in the dark.
There have been rumours for weeks claiming that Sánchez has been on the verge of a European switch and this has only added fuel to the fire.
The 25-year-old only arrived in summer 2019 and was not much of a factor in his first full year. However, he has since become an undisputed starter and was the best of an exciting midfield trio this season along with Pedro Aquino Álvaro Fidalgo.
At the moment, Sánchez is with Paraguay for tonight’s World Cup qualifier against Brazil and will be with them for their Copa America run, so it’s unlikely he will define his future until after the tournament.
