Pep Guardiola has been joined by a long list of new names and faces in Manchester City training this week, as preparations for the tour of the United States get underway.

The Premier League champions embark on a four-game tour along the east coast of the USA this summer ahead of their FA Community Shield and English top-flight openers against Manchester United and Chelsea respectively.

City will begin pre-season against Scottish Premier League champions Celtic on 23 July at Kenan Stadium, Chapel Hill, before New York’s Yankee Stadium will host a meeting against AC Milan on 27 July 2024.

Pep Guardiola and his squad will then head to Florida to face FC Barcelona at the Camping World Stadium, Orlando on 30 July 2024, before travelling to Columbus, Ohio for their final fixture at the Ohio Stadium, with a capacity of over 100,000, against Chelsea on August 3.
