Research Group values three Ajax players at over €60m each | OneFootball

Footballing research group CIES Football Obs has released estimated transfer values for a number of leagues outside of the top five. When it comes to the Eredivisie, Ajax players dominate the top 10. Josip Sutalo is valued at around €31m, while Steven Bergwijk comes in at around €40m.

The top three on the list all play for the Amsterdam club. In third place is Kenneth Taylor at around €66m. Above him is the sides top scorer Brian Brobbey at a mouthwatering €70m. At the top of the list is 18-year-old defender Jorrel Hato, who recently signed a new deal with the club. CIES values the youngster at €78m. Despite having a poor season by their own standards, Ajax still has plenty of talent at its disposal, and the chance to receive a fair amount of income from player sales according to the valuations.

These numbers are in stark contrast to Transfermarkt’s outlook. Hato comes in at only €22m according to them, while Brobbey is just a bit more expensive at €25m.
